Once every quarter we run our Intro to Aerial sessions for beginners to Aerial Fitness (Aerial Yoga, Aerial Pilates and Pole Fitness). This is a perfect session if you are new to aerial and would like to try it first before deciding on your new hobby.
In these sessions you will be with a small group of likeminded beginners and have 2 instructors to induct you safely into the hammock or pole.
It is a fun session where you are fully supported in whatever you feel comfortable trying. We work closely with you to find what you need and want out of your session and at the end explain about what you would expect in classes when you choose to continue.
You do not need to have done any aerial before and the weight limit it for the apparatus is 10x the world's heaviest human.

The rich text element allows you to create and format headings, paragraphs, blockquotes, images, and video all in one place instead of having to add and format them individually. Just double-click and easily create content.
A rich text element can be used with static or dynamic content. For static content, just drop it into any page and begin editing. For dynamic content, add a rich text field to any collection and then connect a rich text element to that field in the settings panel. Voila!
Headings, paragraphs, blockquotes, figures, images, and figure captions can all be styled after a class is added to the rich text element using the "When inside of" nested selector system.
